Ideally, you'd probably want the EF 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM Mark II for your first item. Chances are, that's not in the budget. You may want to look into the Mark I, or non-IS version of the Canon 70-200 f/2.8. Or even a Sigma/Tamron version.
Macro lens, probably either the EF-S 60mm f/2.8 USM Macro or the EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro, depending on your desired working distance and plans to upgrade to full frame. Ideally, the EF 100mm f/2.8L IS USM Macro, but again, very very expensive lens, and less of an all-rounder than an 70-200 f/2.8L. Landscape, if you have no budget left, just stick with an 18-55 IS kit lens that comes with the camera. While landscapes can be shot with just about any lens, if you prefer using wide angle lenses to shoot them, then you may want to look into the EF-S 10-22, or the 3rd party alternatives, like the Tokina 11-16 f/2.8, or if you don't want crop-body glass, the EF 17-40 f/4L USM.

Can't help with other than macro (that's my thing) what kind of macro do you want to do, there is a vast difference in the macro lenses. Non moving, then a shorter mm will be best, skittish or dangerous subjects then a tele macro is a must, I use the Sigma f2.8 150mm macro you can see my shots in the macro room. Do not wast your money on the semi macros, be sure to get a true 1:1.

If you could get by with less than a true macro this lens Sigma W/A 28mm f/1.8 EX Aspherical DG DF Macro AF Lens 440101 will serve both near macro and near wide angle (because of the crop factor it is more like a 35mm) and at f1.8 it is a nice fast lens. It is an EX which is the pro line from Sigma. (my 150mm macro is an EX and it is an outstanding lens) It will also work on FF cameras in case you up grade in the future. Good luck in your choice
