Default Canon Rebel ~ Photos white?

Okay y'all, I haven't been at this very long, but my photos keep turning out white. I haven't adjusted anything that I know of, so I'm not sure what is going on! Can anyone offer any suggestions? Funny thing is, I can take one and it will be fine and the next one will be white or vice versa? What am I doing wrong? This happens with or without the flash so I'm at a loss! Thank in advance for any suggestions!

Double check the auto bracket (turn it OFF) if your camera has that feature.

Need EXIF data to be sure, but I'd guess it is a simple case of over exposure.

The DPS upload/attachnemtn system isnt great. Your best bet is hosting it on something like flickr.

Can't see too much from just the thumbnail pic, but it looks like it is just overexposed. From the one boy wearing sunglasses and the look of the light it seems like it was a sunny day. No need to be at iso 400. Sky looks blown out too. Try iso 100 in these conditions and shoot in av mode to see what your camera tells you. My guess is that your shutter speed will be real fast (like 1/500 or faster) when it is this bright out.

It's clearly just overexposed. If it's happening like you say, I'm guessing that the auto bracketing feature has been turned on. When that it on it will shoot the first photo at the the correct setting, then the next one at 1 or 2 stops over and the third at one or 2 stops under (whatever it's set for). The camera doesn't know that you've changed the subject between shots. It only knows that it's been told to bracket every exposure.

I haven't had time to play with it due to work overload but hopefully I will get to look at it this weekend. It is driving me crazy. When I first got it, it would take awesome pictures really good color and now everything just looks white and washed out. I don't know 3enough about it and was scared to play with it! lol... Thanks, so much for all y'alls help! I'll let you know what I find out.

Another thing would be to check your metering mode. You might accidentally have set it to spot metering.
