Default Fast lenses Canon XS

Hello
I知 using Canon XS with Sigma 30mm f/1.4
Would I get more accurate focus with fast lenses if I upgraded the camera.
I知 looking after real life experience about that matter.

As you move up in the Canon range, you'll start to see a couple of things that will improve autofocus performance. Look for "cross-type" autofocus points, which measure contrast in two directions (not just one). These are present in the x0D starting with the 40D, as well as in higher-end cameras. You'll also see mention of a center autofocus point that's "additionally sensitive" for lenses faster than f/2.8 - an additional sensor is placed there with the cross oriented diagonally - not up and down.

Beyond that, the 7D introduced some cool features to help select points in zones, but this doesn't make any of the points work better. If you get as far up into the Canon line as the 1D, the autofocus capabilities get pretty impressive: Canon Digital Learning Center - What's New in the EOS-1D Mark IV: Advanced Autofocus System

I saw an improvement with my 50mm f/1.8 lens when I upgraded from the 30D to the 40D, though I didn't have a chance to do any side-by-side comparisons.

You'll get faster focus, but likely not much more accurate. Remember, there is some variance in bodies and lenses, especially with off-brand lenses (like Sigma, Tamron, and Tokina) so you could simply need an adjustment.

And with the Semi pro and pro line you have micro adjust for the focus.

Some Sigma 30/1.4 copies can be problematic AF-wise with Canons, regardless of which body you've got. The XS, while it has the least sophisticated AF system of the dSLR bodies, has the same one that I used on my Canon XT to shoot birds in flight. It doesn't suck, and as long as you're primarily using the center AF point, should work pretty well.

You may want to consider exchanging the 30/1.4 to see if it's the lens.

Thank you for your answer. The lens is working just fine most of the time. I was just wondering if I would get more consistence accurate focus with Canon camera with better focus system.
Or maybe I was just looking for an excuse to upgrade my camera.
