Canon PowerShot SX210 IS resolution problem

Hello friends..
I am back again and just want to say thanks for all your great advice. Well, I have Canon PowerShot SX210 IS digital camera, everything is working good except a problem. Whenever I take photo of an object and e-mail it, the resolution is 4320x3240 pixels. It is too much large for an e-mail. Every time I need to resize the image before sending it via e-mail. My friend has a Canon PowerShot A2100 IS digital camera and the resolution is 640x480 pixels. Does anyone know how to get this resolution on my PowerShot SX210 IS?

While you can do this in camera, I STRONGLY recommend shooting the largest size and highest quality possible and downsizing for email.
