I am a bit of a dSLR newbie. What type of lens should I buy to take pictures of my son while playing baseball? Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: On second thought, I think I may be more interested in more of the zoom aspect form a longer distance than the actual motion shots. That would be secondary.

70-300 IS would be my recommendation, if you need the reach. 70-200 f/4 IS if you dont.
