Default Taking the plunge...getting my new Canon.

I've decided....I am buying myself a T1i...I'm very excited. I'll be buying the kit (18-55mm)....i'm looking at accessories as well.

-lens hood
-camera bag
-uv filter
-cleaning kit
- 50mm f1.8 II Lens

Any key items I'm missing? I already have CS4, card readers, and memory cards.

Depending on the type of photography you're planning on doing...but here are a few suggestions:

Tripod
Remote
Reflector

Congrats on the new gear!

Suggestion, find your lens hood on eBay. You'll pay much less for it.

Congrats on the new tool!

If you're into reflectors, maybe grey cards for custom colour balance.
I'm really happy with my level for in the hot-shoe for panorama shots etc.
