Fractalius Plug-in - This is neat

I took this shot a little while back:



....and I saw some posts where someone used a plug-in called Fractalius to morph their photo so I thought I would give it a try, here are two kind of neat renditions of the same shot:

Is the plug-in for Photoshop, or GIMP? This looks like fun and a great way to salvage a not-so-good shot, or to create a unique background. You could probably create some interesting textures to overlay on different images. Lots of potential. I hope it's available for GIMP (I'm not very efficient with Photoshop, yet).

These are great. Really love the second one the best. I have been playing with this plug-in for a month or so. Here's something I did with it.
