Default OOB and Black&White/Color

So here is a picture i did out of bounds and color with B&W

ANOTHER AFTER:




Canon EOS 40D
f/18
1/40sec.
ISO-800
Focal Length-55mm

NO tripod was used...didnt have one with me so i had to hold it very still since it had a slow of shutter speed

Some creative effects here, specially the OOB! I probably like the original and the OOB best in this case.

Thanks for sharing...the OOB looks like a cool concept.

Nice work. How did u do the selective coloring in the 3rd pic? Can u highlight the steps you did in case you used photoshop? Thnx

well...i actually used gimp. I dont have Photoshop .

thanks guys!! ....i had actually done another oob but i had too much of the subject stickin out and jeffsmith told to me to have just a little of it stickin out so i tried it again on this picture.

Nice improvement on the OOB there techlover15. Next tip is to think about the perpsective of the frame around the subject. In your leaf shot, if you lift the perspecive so it's top to bottom rather than back to front, the leaf would leap out of the frame a little more.
