Lost in Space

This is a favorite one of mine...it's me on top of a mountain in Madison, Va called Old Rag. My hiking buddy took it with his 3mpx camera...I photoshopped it...starting with masking the background and erasing everything except me and the foreground rocks. Next I placed an image from the hubble telescope to another layer, flattened, enhances the sharpness, sat, bright, etc, little curves, blah blah and set a little lens flare behind the rocks...fun! Enjoy....JW

Good work, jwdrums. This is quite different from the usual Before/After images we get to see here. Great job on replacing the background, it is very cleanly done and the lighting on your body is enhaced well too. Why did you think of replacing the background? I'd have thought of playing with the original, maybe a HDR or something along those lines.
