what steps did you do? Great results

Thanks, I honestly don't remember all the steps, I probly should have taken note of that haha.
For the first one I made 2 copies of the original. Then roughly cut out the blurred parts and gave one of the copies a B+W layer. Then just changed the opacity of the cut out layer. Added some bightness/contrast. Blurred some rough edges. Thats the basics. Just messed around with some layers and settings. The second one I think I just gave it a B+W layer then made a mask and got rid of some of the blur leaving some light streaks, and changing the opacity. |

You did excellent to get the last picture from the first....but.....I LOVE the second picture...it is very arty....very surreal...I think its a fabulous effect, and would be almost impossible to come up with if you wanted to get it......Its the kind of photo you would see in a rock magazine....Keep it...Show it to the band they may want it.......Well done......Paul
