I used the rectangular marquee tool with a 250px (max) feather and draw a rectangle, inverted the selection and filled this with black. This layer is set to Overlay at 100% opacity. With these all in place, the rocks seemed to gleam way too bright, this is where I used the burn tool (set to midtones)to darken them up, I also used the burn tool on the fog/smog above the bridge. |
