i like it!! i think that it actually needs less picture, not less effects. the effects are good, but i think that you should crop it on the sides, so that you really get a more vertical scene and the sky really pops!

I like it a lot! But I think a little rotation to the left (negative angle of about 0.4 I think) would make it perfect! The large tower is not angels 90 degrees from the horizon now I think.

You definitely gave the picture a wow effect. This picture is all about the eye of the photographer who looks at it. The sky makes the church pop out! I like it is a amazing picture, Way to go

The foreground is awesome but the sky was lust a little much... maybe in Photoshop try the HDR function. I did a local church in HDR and it came out very similar to yours.

I do agree that it looks a little overdone, though. What sticks out for me is the church, specifically the brightness of it. Compared to the darkness of the sky, it looks very unreal.
But, in a way, the fact that it's overdone kind of adds something to it in terms of spookyness.
I think it depends on what you were going for - if you want it to look real and like it wasn't edited much, then it's probably overdone. But I agree with this above that part of the spooky aspect is how it's overdone. I like it.

It looks awesome. O like it. I has that 300-Sin City style, kinda modern comic movie. I love it. Really nice work.
