Default Wedding Kiss

I like the original shot, but I wanted something different for their wedding album, so I am curious if this pp works or would it be better b/w

I like the couple coming out of the church but what is very distracting for me is that "Black Hole" effect that is created by the dark interior of the church. The lack of light adds way too much negative space to the image and detracts from your subject. I think I would photoshop the entire background out and place a bright blue sky behind the couple.

I did a real quick and dirty erase the background and then put one of my sky shots behind the couple. This will give you an idea of what I had in mind. Maybe it is too much for what you are looking for?

great shot of natural smile of groom, you know what I would play with is the dodge tool in ps,maybe work a little on the dark areas such as the doors just to show a little depth. and definenately love the sepia toned version
I wouldnt use the sky idea, keep it closer to what you actually took on their day.

hi i agree the sky in the background is ok but a bit corny without being disrespecful to your skills.the couple have just that minute got married or so it would seem so. Its like a decrlaration to the world if you like. In colour the photo gives that cheery happy feel when black and white or sepia gives it more of a timeless old fasioned feel which is cool too!!
