Default Wife & Daughter

I used Photoshop Lightning Effect filter -> Omni Light (with a skin tone color.)
Created a second layer, changed the Hue, Saturation and Lightness, then blended both layers.
Here is the original and the final results.

What do you think?

After reading some comments, I made new changes, which included erasing the distracting hair from my wife's face and my daughter's head. I also added some vignette as a final touch.

What a difference! I love the light and the color of the after version.

Yes, that came out real well. Nice improvement on what was already a good photo.

Well, that was nice. The original pic was kinda dark and yeah, the after effect of omni is real nice. Did you really put the emphasis/middle of the omni more on the child?

I really like the after. it makes the subjects stand out. the only thing that is distracting is the fly away hair on the little girl. Maybe clone it out or something..
