This was simply retouched by basic tools such as brightness/contast, shadow/highlight, saturation and selective colouring

i used the dodge tool on her eyes to bring out the colour more as the aftermath of editing left them next to black.

also you can notice the slight gap in her fringe/bangs on the pre production picture which i took care of with the clone stamp.

thats about it (:

its not bad, but I think the woman maybe looks a little too gray in the after shot

Exactly what i thought! :/ haha,
she looks like a glass of milk!
but i feel it made her hair and lips stand out quite nicely

I much prefer the skin color in the "before" version of the first two images. I think you would still get the effect you want if you mask off her flesh from the adjustments you made.

Beautiful girl and I love her hair! Wish I had the guts to do my hair so "funky". I agree, I like the colors in the first shot better. She almost looks "zombified" in the 2nd shot. I also love the shot of her brushing her hair back. Great job!
