Default Interesting Effect

Just messing around and found a cool result.

>Duplicate layer

>invert the new layer

>set blending mode to color around 40% opacity

Note: the before image has been photoshop'd (fixing levels, curves and just messing around)

I've been looking for a good way to desaturate my pictures, and I think this does the trick nicely. Thanks for sharing.

to invert the layer the quick way is just cntrl+i

or image>adjustments>invert

The left has my old method, and to the right is your method. So much better.
