Default Anyone want to edit for me?!? Pretty please?!

IMG_5147

Finished that self-portrait anniversary shoot today. Have a lot of pictures to upload! It was much harder than I thought, in a lot of ways-and the results were not AS wonderful as I had hoped. I did get a few winners though. This particular shot-ironically, along with all the other ones in the same area-turned out less than ideal. I don't even know why. I was shooting in the SHADE for goodness' sake!

The children snuck in a few photos, in the hopes to have our annual 'family picture'.

One of my favorites was this one-of course, with the exception of the horrible glare. I don't have photoshop so I don't know the extent (if any) this photo can be repaired. This is the best I could make it in Picasa.

Is there anyone out there who likes to PLAY in photoshop and would be willing to help me repair this shot?

Perty please?!?

You need one of these: http://www.adorama.com/CAEW60C.html

A lens hood. That would be tough to fix in photoshop.

I should clarify. A lens hood isn't a fix all, but reduces the risk and sometimes severity of lens flare.

Default Different photo usage...

If that's your favorite pic, why not use it as a background paper or a card front? It's an easy way to use a less than perfect picture that you hate to discard: Just a quick example...

There are some better options to think about now I guess. Still not as wonderful as I had hoped. Thanks everyone for trying!

So-I needed a lens hood eh? I have one for my Rebel XT but thought it was only compatible with the telephoto lens. Do I need to get another one for my kit lens?

Valerie-you really freaked me out by making my hubbys' and my sons' eyes blue! They are both black as night...it reminded me of Children of the Corn! :-)

I thought it was funny to see, now I will never wonder what they would have looked like with blue eyes! ;-)
