I Like it a lot-especially the way you rotated it --it give the feel that the car is coming through a curve.

It's a great improvement on the original. However, I would like to see you do something with the image to give more of an impression of the speed. The wheels are a little blurred, which helps, but PS can, I am sure, provide you with tools to emphasise the motion.

Elements comes with Adobe Camera Raw (ACR). Its a cut down version of the full version you get in CS4 and even uses the same engine as lightroom. If you haven't got it you can download the latest version (5.3?) from the Adobe website for free. As you already have elements it is the best 'free' raw editor you could get.
