Oh yea, he's looking real tough. Little guy...

Just wondering how you went about the post-processing to BW. Did you simply desaturate the layer? If so, consider some of the other techinques that allow for better control of contrast, saturation, and so on. Something like channel mixer or convering to grayscale might help.
