Some time I avoid my self to take pictures because electric wires are crossing. Sometime I must repair the image for that reson and it takes me a long time to do and it is not 100%. How I can do that (using PHOTOSHOP CS3).

The easiest way would be to use the clone tool. Enlarge the image to 100% and then use a small brush and pick a copy point that is close to the wires, then just clone away.
The only problem is that sometimes a noticeable pattern can form where the wires were. In order to avoid that just sample from different spots on the photo. Hope this helps
