Talking just say "DRAGAN STYLE"

here is my photo after DRAGAN effect.Do by myself,a little bit hard but I tried my best

Olympus user, Fuji E900, a canon & last but not least a Minolta 35mm and some really old large format box cameras.Not to mention a whole bunch of other stuff. Paint Shop Pro X3, CS3,CS5, Portrait Professional, Topaz Adjust, Lucis Art and the list goes on........

you can go to the metacafe.com and search dragan effect,tada....we got an English version.
But I think we can do it simply by looking at the clip????
I've started using PhotoShop for 4 years,so they are quite simply with me neway,hope an English version will guild you exactly what you need to do

actually,there are 4 important things in this effect
1-Using the Level,contrast and Saturatoin
2-Using the filter Unsharpe mask
3-The eyes are the most important thing ,try to make them live! Sombody said that The EYES are your SOUL DOOR :P
4-Fill the color around reasonable

and I used 3 layers for this effect

I've actually gotten pretty good at it but sure could have used this a long time ago!
I also do one of my layers as a negative and give it a gaussian blur set at about 40 and then the blend mode at overlay
