First Attempts at BW/Color

The picture is of the Deutsche Bank Fire in NY in Aug of 07

I think the selective color is nice, but it is a bit difficult to know what you want the viewer to focus on since much of the image is blurry.

sorry about the smallness of the pics. still trying to figure out how to make them bigger. The blurriness(sic) of the pic is to show the intenseness of the situation. It was a 7 alarm fire involving well over 300 firefighters and 100 pieces of fire aparatus(fire trucks), in which 2 fire fighters died. The Deutche Bank was part of the World Trade Center complex and was being taken down floor by floor when the fire occured and was still 30 stories tall in 2007. But any critic is welcome :-)

Squiggy - loved your idea and amended it slightly, resized it and colourised only one firefighter, and then lost those in the activity of the background. Hope that was OK

I do like this picture and hope no one was hurt because of the fire

I really like the water color you've applied to it. Unfortunately, 2 FDNY firefighters lost their lives in that fire.
