Default Photoshop, the new fountain of youth

i know this before and after goes against the whole idea behind this photo, but i couldnt resist the challenge to try and rejuvenate this old lady, this is a really great way to improve your PS skills.

I like the original photo, and appreciate what you've done to the second, very nicely done, both of them

Can you tell us the steps you took to arrive at the second image?

The first shot is certainly more interesting, but it is always amazing to see what changes can be done in Photoshop. It would be really nice if you could post the steps you used. I'm sure there are some people that might like to try it.

Default old

I love the old version. The 2nd one just doesn't look right, but good work. I know it took a lot of time and effort to make her young younger again.

It's just that old folks have a lot of character because of the hardships and life time of experiences they endured. Makes for better character
/portrait photography. I'm much rather take a picture of them instead of a young teenager.
