Default my texturized pura

This is original picture - a pura (temple) in Bali
From Olah

In Photoshop:
1. Put this original picture as background layer (first layer).
2. Duplicate Red Channel (create a Red Copy Channel)
3. Create new layer (second layer), and fill 50% Grey color on it.
4. And from Filter Menu, choose Render-Lighting Effect with light type : Omni, and Texture Channel : Red Copy and set height to 100 (Mountainous). Change intensity and other properties until you happy with the result
5. Duplicate Background layer (first layer) and put it on top of second layer.
6. Add more saturation for this layer (third layer)
7. Change blending mode to Overlay.
8. Done!

This is the result
From Olah

Regards
Baban

I kind of got to the same effect by mistake. I was actually just trying to put a spot light on the flower. And then I saw the "Mountainous" option and remembered the effect from your post and sure enough when playing with it ... it turned into this:

Spring girl
