Here is a technique I really wanted to learn because I just took some photos at my Brother's wedding (Ok, I took over 500 photos during the weekend) and thought this would be nice to do with some of their flowers. I'm just wondering if I should do all the red roses or just the one with the rings?

Nice idea. I think one rose is all you need in colour. You might get away with the smaller rose beside the big one, but any more, I believe would make the viewer's eyes wander and not know where to focus. The main focus is the rings, so in my opinion, the one rose is enough. I like the colour photo also.
