In the spirit of Halloween...

I took this picture the other day while walking to pick up my daughter from school, I thought it was neat enough to capture a shot of - and when I was trying to get a plug-in to work (that didn't work, wasn't compatible with PSE () I started fiddling around with other filters and ended up occupying myself after all; check it out!

What do ya think? By the way, Happy Almost Halloween! I look forward to halloween so much not only because i get to dress my kids up and wear my flashy witch hat, but also for the photo ops! YAY!

This is really nice. There is a similar filter available in GIMP. I use it to create "otherworldly" shots to use for invitations and posters. Thanks for posting this.
