Default PInk Flower

I could n ot come up with a clever name...

Anyway, here is the After:

orton effect flower copy

And here is the B4:

fallen flower copy

How I did it:

1. Cropped photo
2.duplicated the layer twice
3. second duplication used the screen mode
4. then merged down (the second duplicated layer was selected)
5. then duplicated that layer and added a glaussian blur at 24.2 and used the Multiply mode
6.flattened image
7. Bumped up the contrast to +86
8. Smudged part of the background
9. Then cloned in the rest using the smudged bits

I am enjoying your work! I, too like the dreamy look you gave it, and the bright pink really pops out against the darker background. I really like it.
