ok here it is:
1st thing u need is a LOT of time on ur hands
as u all presumed the clone stamp tool heated up. the only thing u need to be "careful" about is not to forget to take breaks - so ur eyes would get rest and see the possible mistakes easier. and dont be afraid to ask for "2nd opinion" during the process.

after I cloned everything in and out I messed around w/ levels, saturation and contrast - as the end product was to be less than real I obviously overdid it.

this pic is in midprocessing - the car is tilted but the original is still behind it - just had to clone it out. the selection of the jeep itself was easy - used quickmask and a small soft round brush. I decided to lessen the transparency of the windshield - coz if the car was going speeding and noone is behind the wheel - well, it just dont work that way, rite. so I pasted some sky I have and played w/ layer transparencies...

now, the original sky was boring so I had to select the front out - the trees and ground, and put the new sky behind it..
to select such a thing as the tree leaves and branches I used knowledge I gathered here:
http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/ph...bhairmask.html

and the last part was the easiest - motion blur. the ground and the trees got their portion and the tyres had to be selected and were given some motion blur themselves...and thats about it. easy but really time consuming
later
