One of my friends had been to the Swiss for a vacation. Seeing this pic, I thought would make a good candidate for the "Before and After" thread.
Here's what I did. 1. Used the "burn-in" script available in GIMP. 2. Changed the gray value to a lighter value. Here are the before and after pics. --Binu

The PP really made a difference, have you also tried photoshops autoadjustments? it would be nice to see which one performs better

Great shot to show the difference.
Get your friend to invest in a Haze filter: it'll get rid of that white "film" that is on his pictures.
