Default Fenway Park - after the game

Was walking around the grandstand area after a game this summer, and liked all the lines I saw in the grandstand. Lighting was tough, and limited to the P&S flash I had. Here's the original. Tried to find a way to make it "interesting." B&W didn't do anything for it, but I like the way it came out with this drawing effect.

Any comments or criticisms? Thanks for looking!

Nick

I like the drawing effect. As Hayward says it is clean looking-not smudgy. It would look nice framed.

I must admit I love the line drawing effect... I sure changed how you look at the picture. My eye was scattered when I looked at the original and on the after I looked at the subject then my looks to where the subject is looking then the lines draw my eye left!

that is a great piece of art, any baseball fan can appreciate that! Even though the game is over, you can feel the mood of the fan being captured by the game.

Here's an idea for you that I just tried myself with your images:
1: Open the first image and duplicate the background image so it's on layer 1 and 2
2: On layer 2, use the 'Find Edges' filer (under stylize)
3: Desaturate this layer
4: Set the layer to either Overlay or Soft Light. You'll get an interesting medium of the two images.
