Default Some After Help

So I've looked into some of the forums and couldn't find one that asked for help with post production. I've got two before shots that I, in my limited knowledge of photoshop, can salvage. I'm going to post both before pictures and maybe someone with some PP know how can help me.

Thanks to anyone in advance.

can't help much if the pictures are set to private so we can't download them.

I hope you didnt mind and since I wasnt quite sure what you were after I guessed. All I did was to clone in the fence over his head. on anew layer change the blend mode to soft light. Burned the bright part of the bat and added a vingette

Yeah sorry I wasn't clear with what I wanted done because I really think that any kind of post work would be useful. I really didn't like the way the shoulder pads got blown out and the shine on the bat is a bit distracting as well. And I didn't know the pictures were set to private so I'll get that changed quickly.

Thanks again.

The bad part is, once they are blown out so completely its next to impossible to pull any details out of it. Perhaps paint them?

Thanks for the advise but, maybe I'll just try and reshoot because my painting ability is worse than my picture taking ability. Thanks for the work though.

M_R_Burke,

How much layer and masking experience do you have? How steady are your hands?
