What’s Your Preference?

I started out with this photo being bracketed by about 1.70 either way for exposure

Next step was to run it thru the hdr process and then clarify to give it some definition.I didnt like how light the photo was so I duplicated the layer and added a midnight filter to it. Now the building is way too dark so applied a new mask layer and painted black over the building to brighten it up and leave the sky darker. It still looked boring to me so i copied a moon onto it and erased the areas where I didnt want it to show and lowered the opcaity to about 85%.
Still was kind of ho hum so I adjusted the horizon and then added a flaming pear flood plug in to make it look like it was under water. Added borders and a vignette and wahla!!!

Very cool! I admire you pp creativity! I could do the steps, but i would never have come up with the idea to begin with.

Thank you very much for your compliment. If you look at my work most of it is pretty much the same thing over and over. So i think its just something I am comfortable with. I keep searching for new ideas but end up doing the same steps over again
