I have a nikon D40 shoot manually natural light
color enhancement with picasa-as the overlays or other shots
the bee and flower were overlayed after the inital coloring of the photo
I have no real method-just an artists eye for placements-

charlotte thompson, Welcome

Very much reminds me of an 18th Century costume ball, with masks. Just not sure yet about the lighter lower-contrasted eye on the right side . . .

Good eye, good work

It's growing on me, just have to keep going back to it.

Yep, without overlays, I would go back to pastel chalk work. The headaches went away about the fourth year into it. Or I got mellow, who knows. Good idea and work, there. Do you have a collection yet?

Worth every minute, and you love it. That seems to show in the quality. Is this you above?

Danish horror book cover. . . you do have a following! There were several people in the 1980's doing something like these for Omni magazine, but most were illustrators, not photographers. Really intriguing work. I understand them wanting a book cover.

charlotte,

You're making me work for this one: are you looking up-and-right?

Good for you, going ex-box. And just wondering if you take all your photos?

(If you could, would you go for about 600-pixels-longest-side on posts? That's our standard, even 640px is accepted. It just skews the borders and stretches our bandwidth!)
