Default At the Dog Park

Before(allready cropped tho, and slight tweak in raw)

After

My Process: I first look at what is distracting, in this case my fiance's hand and butt/hand, and the shadows on the chest of the dog(can't remember what kind it was, mastiff maybe, it dwarfed my Boston Terrier), I use a varity of the Patch/Clone/blur tool, then I burned, or dodged, whatever makes it darker( i never remember, just try one or the other heh) in the top left. Then A little more curves/levels, resized, smart sharpen and then I throw on a warming photo filter because when i save for web it always makes my pictures cool...

My Flicker nine22

What do you guys think? How does everyone else clone and edit photo's?

Cool pic and a cool dog! You did a nice job on the cloning apart from one aspect. The musculature and ridges that were there before are now gone. Consequently it makes the dogs chest look really flat. The removal of your fiance is done well and I agree that it was a bit of a distraction.

When I look at the pic though my mind keeps saying, "Something's not quite right..." I think that because my mind expects there to be a shadow of the dog's collar on his chest. Honestly I don't think the shadow is all that distracting - you might consider leaving it in.
