This isnt for every picture

Thanks to someone else who posted a photo here a few days I discovered this way cool filter called fractalious. I found the link for the plug in here: http://www.redfieldplugins.com/Downloads.htm. It doesnt work so well with every photo and the finished product has demo all over (for which we all know how to remove those) But it has a lot of really neat settings that I thought you might enjoy.
So here is a before and after of what this does

Do you have plug ins? I would think so if you do but I dont know much about Elements. Let me know will ya?

Really nice effect! It's almost hard to recognize editted version as a rose. Have to download and give it a shot, thanks
