Default Before and After Cat

I'm just looking for some thoughts on the before and after. Please feel free to be detailed and tough. I can take a critique. This is for my pet photography studio web site: http://www.inhomepetphoto.com

Looks good, even though i dislike cats
One comment, maybe a little over-saturated.

I like it. The new color adds to the tension in the cat's body language.
Good job

You don't like cats! That's tragic! Thanks for the suggestion.

Wow, thats a great transformation. The only thing I can pick at is the cats paw on the right side (the cats left) is blown out. Other than that, awesome! Thanks for sharing.

I suppose another question I would like to ask is, if this was your cat which image would you rather purchase and why? Thanks for the comments so far!

I'd prefer something in the middle of those two pics. Not as "dull" as the first, but not as (unnaturally) vibrant as the second one. But I guess it's a matter of taste, and every customer is different. Your best bet would be to show them those two pics as a reference on what's possible, and then they can decide.

Also, I think the crop is too tight (cut off paw, almost cut off ear), giving your subject a little space to breath would improve the overall "atmosphere" of the picture. I'd also try to apply the rule of thirds to the picture.

Ok to edit and repost my photos on DPS. Actually, it's highly appreciated.

Hope it's okay with you, but I decided to play around with your picture in PSP. :]

Don't know if it's any better, but that's my take on it.
