Default Your Opinion

I really like the 2nd one but I worry that when printed it will be too dark around the shadows what do you think? Seems like I have to over expose a bit for the lab to get it right. But I love the effect this gives the portrait.

I opened the photo in Photoshop, duplicated layer, add Gaussian blur (I did 15.0%) then in hte layers mode pick overlay.

Wow, such a nice photo! I can only see one photo, I think no matter what it is worth printing.

I really like the way this turned out. She's glowing! Very nice effect. You may want to delete and re-post your "After" image to meet the forum guidelines. (No bigger than 600 pixels on the longest side). In Flickr, "Medium" size seems to work best. People can see the larger version by clicking on your image in the forum thread. The reasoning behind the size restriction is, that some of the members have slower internet connections, and it takes a long time to load larger images. Personally, I like the larger image, as it shows your effect off better.

I can only see the second photo. But I like it. The colors though will make it hard to print. You may have to play with it until you find something you like. Cause her face is so vibrant and sharp in color it may be hard for the company to duplicate it. I honestly have yet to find a good place to print from....
