WHY Are you taking a photo of that ugly pipe?!

Ok. Now I feel bad- but really. I'm not sure the issue here is compositional value, but subject value. Don't waste your time on an image that just isn't working. Move on.

And *DO* play around in Photoshop. Understanding how computers saw light was a great advantage to me in the learning stages of photography. It gave certain things a relative definition to my own place in time/space approaching photography....and can allow you to see patterns needing to change in your photography.

But don't rely on it to create the perfect picture. That's all for your brain and camera to do.
