Default Teenage girl

Hi! I'm Jordan, I'm 17 and this is my first post. I like taking pictures of my friends for fun, and this is my friend Allie who loves to model.

I changed the curves, brightened her eyes, darkened her makeup, added shine to her hair, got rid of the background, clone-stamped the skin, got rid of stray hair, glossed the lips...

Any tips on how to make the skin look less blotchy?

I like to use the impressionist brush at 2% opacity. But I would clone stamp the darker bits out first. You did a beautiful job on her eyes, how did you do that?

Sometimes I find that the dust and scratches tool does a pretty good job of evening out blotchy complexion issues. You just have to make your adjustments to the radius and threshold. On my quick edit example below, I selected the area with the lasso tool and I used a radius of 7 and a threshold of 6. Also, here's a tut I posted on selective sharpening and/or softening that may be of help to you
