Default New Years Eve Party

Here is one of my first attempts at any kind of editing. Used PSE10 to get rid of the background. Being new to this all I don't have too many tips just really looking to show my work and maybe get some ideas. Thanks

One thing that immediately jumps out at me is the tinge of pink/purple in the highlights on the skin, glass, and teeth. Not sure if that was intentional. But it's somewhat distracting to me personally.

I like the background change though. Certainly makes it a bit more interesting than the bright green. Nice!

agree about the blue cast. it's especially distracting in his eyes, it makes them look fake. also his teeth. that's a pretty simple fix if you just play with the color balance.

i do like the background change!
