Default Nesting bird

I found a nest in my carport, and yesterday as I was getting in the car, I actually saw the bird sitting in the nest. I couldn't get close enough to get a good shot without scaring the bird (and still can't). So I salvaged what I was able to get.

Before:

After:

Almost everything I did in Camera RAW on PS3. I cropped, adjusted the coloring and tried to bring out as much detail as I could without adding too much grain. I saved it, then opened it in a JPEG and added 1 unit of Gaussian Blur so it wouldn't be as noisy. I am sure there is an easier way to do this, but I'm a newbie. =)

Default fine edit

i think you did as well as could be. Everyone has their own way of working in PS. It's what's best for you I guess.
