The castle and the rose

If you are looking to highlight the rose then the second shot works best. For me, the original is awkward and too busy. Excellent shot but the rose gets lost in the photo. You might even try to just crop half the castle out so your eye doesn't have to travel so far up and down the photo. Maybe somewhere between the second and the third...

I like the first one best, then the last one (a totally different composition). I think the reason is that much of the image is soft and blurred. For me, black and white photos should have lots of contrast, and often lots of sharp edges too.

By the way, where I come from castles are for repelling armies not just housing princesses :P!
