Default blue eyes in the apple orchard

lily in the apples

it's for sure a matter of personal taste - but while fixing the below photo in picnik i tried this and that, and came to really like this very dramatic coloring. i can't tell you what exactly i did, but i used a bit of everything: cross, ortonish, lomo-ish, film grain. somehow i feel that the deep warm colors fit well for an autumn photo.

Not usually a big fan of picnik edits, but this is very tasteful and well done.

Do you remember what steps you took to end up with this?

Olympus user, Fuji E900, a canon & last but not least a Minolta 35mm and some really old large format box cameras.Not to mention a whole bunch of other stuff. Paint Shop Pro X3, CS3,CS5, Portrait Professional, Topaz Adjust, Lucis Art and the list goes on........

Yes, I'd like to know all the steps you used to make a picture look like that, I use Picnik all the time. I just love the colors that you got into it in your editing, lotteotte.
