Halloween Zombie fun
 Hi, everyone, I haven't been on here in a while. I've been honing up on my PS skills (with mild success). Anyway I thought I would share a treatment that I did for one of my wife's shots. The tutorials that I followed are on DeviantArt, and can be found at this link. Dark Arts Tutorial by *Madam-Natas on deviantART The tutorials were written for Photoshop, but can be achieved in GIMP, or any editing program that uses "layers". Have fun and if you give this a try, be sure to post your results on here, so that others can be inspired.

That was creepy and scary just the eye lens is very slightly distracting rest it was great work.
I like the melting skin effect most.

The melting skin effect was acheived by using the "Plastic Wrap" filter in Photoshop CS4. I applied that filter to a macro shot of a sponge, and then set that layer to "overlay". I then adjusted the opacity of that layer until I was pleased with the results. I'm glad you liked it.
