Very simple but it's the little touches that count eh?
Simply used the Clone Stamp Tool and/or the Content Aware Fill Spot Healing brush for the acne. To desaturate, I duplicated the layer, made the top layer black and white and lowered the opacity. Also used the Bloat tool when in Liquify mode to make the right eye larger in order to match the left eye (symmetry in faces = attractive) more tips:

Nice work! I like what you did.
But your picture's way too big... I can't see all of it because there's on advertisement on the side of the page covering half of it up. You may want to re-size it smaller
