I like it. I think it looks nice but not over-done.
Only thing I noticed is on the viewer's right on the upper corner of her lip in the after shot it looks like a little hairline got added. I actually thought it was a smudge of dirt on my monitor and tried to wipe it off. Since it's not in the original, I'm guessing it was the result of something in your post process. Other than that, looks great.

It does capture "magazine skin"; kind of natural until you actually start to look at it. I think the model has great skin to begin with and I think you have gone a touch too far in your processing, losing details like the shape of her left cheek. Mind you, I'm not much of a reader of magazines where the art editors feel the need to touch up the photos anyway.
How did you go about getting from A to B?

Ooops, Thanks, I totally missed my screw up there.
I was messing around with the "Slick Force Technique"
This is using the clone stamp to smooth. I created a new layer, set the sample to current and below, opacity around 20-25% and you sample drag with each brush stroke. After that, just adding a little noise to bring texture back.

I agree with the other comments. I was wondering if you are planning to clean up some of the stray hair. It's a bit distracting to me.
