Default "the third door" colour to b/w

Before:

After:
the third door

In the combination of natural and artificial light it was impossible to get the colours to a natural tone. So, I decided to make it a b/w picture.

At the moment I'm trying not to spend too much time on editing so I just used iPhoto, I took additionally to the saturation also the exposure down a bit and upped the contrast to the limit which brought out the semi-reflection of the door on the floor better. To make up for all the contrast I had to de-noise a little bit too which somehow isn't visible in the screen shot of the iPhoto adjust box.
