I think I like the color version better, witht he slight glows it adds to the mood, especially with the guitar

i agree windrider. since you're using i photo, you might want to try a vignette... to get rid of that guitar amp on the bottom left corner.

Thats a pretty neat shot i would give it a crop tho, i dont see the point of having all that black space on the faar right of the iamge! and i would keep the amp, adds to the mood!
nice original shot

I like both photos. But since I am a fan of sepia, I like the second one better. I agree about maybe doing a vignette to get rid of the amp on the left. But I actually like the extra space on the right. It kind of looks like the guitar is coming out of the photo.

This is just another reason why I really love this forum.
Thank you all for your comments. I think the reason I went for the sepia is to change it up a little bit. I ended up with about 90 great shots and I thought this one was one of the weaker ones because of the blurriness. Also, the colors turned out great in all the other shots, so I thought I would find one to make a bit more stylized. I will try the vignette to rid the amp, but I really like all the black space to the right of the photo. That whole "rule of thirds" rule. The black is what I was actually really going for! I think it really makes the guitar pop out, as commented earlier. Thanks again! I love this community. |
