Over all adjustment:
1: Opened original photo in light room 3

3: Boost contrast (eye ball until it looks good)
4: Boost Clarity(eye ball until it looks good)
5: Boost Blacks to darken the Cracks and add depth
6: Boost Vibrancy (Eye ball until it looks good)

Selective Adjustments( Adjustment brush)
1. Lower exposure of brush to 0.10
2. Boost Clarity on brush
3. Boost Contrast on brush
4. Boost saturation a tiny bit
5. Paint everything except the leaf

Selective Adjustments 2(New brush)
1. Boost exposure 0.10
2. Boost saturation
3. Boost Clarity
4. Paint only the leaf

Selective Adjustment 3(new brush)
1. Lower exposure 0.30
2. Lower Saturation a bit
3. Paint Bright Orange crack on right hand side
4. New brush and repeat steps 1-3 to gradually lower the exposure of the orange crack and make it less noticeable.

Final overall adjustment:
1. Add post crop vignette(eye ball until it looks good)
2. Boost exposure a tad bit
3. Boost recovery a tad to take away any washed out-ness uping the exposure might have caused.

Vignette is FAR too heavy for my liking.

I like the 'after' version. Almost makes the wood like it was once burnt.

I actually like the vignette. Helps draw my eyes to the center of the image and helps with the circular pattern of the wood.Though it could be worth toning down just a bit and see how that works.
