Default Beach bikini

I thought I'd share this shot of my girlfriend because I find it interesting how much you can do quickly and without the person in the photograph ever knowing =~)
I started out with the basic healing brush and clone stamp tool adjustments to remove minor skin blemishes and then moved on to the puppet warp tool to modify the posture. I also removed some distractions from the image namely the girl in the background that was right next to her head. Then I moved into 'liquify' and made her belly a bit flatter and her boobs a little bit bigger.
From their I began to address some of the things that I knew she would not be proud of had she seen them, the wrinkles under her arm and on her side. To do this I started with the patch tool and then worked it in with the clone stamp tool and some levels and curves adjustments. I didn't want to go to far because I wanted her to believe it (of course no one here would tell right) so without making her perfect I copied the image to one layer and used an inverted high-pass to slightly soften her skin and a gaussian blur on the background. Again I copied all layers to a new layer and added a pretty heavy gaussian blur to the whole image (8 px) set the layer to soft light and reduced opacity to add some more depth and tone to the image, as well as adding a vignette.

Shot on a Canon 500D with 55-250 mm kit lens
Focal distance 55mm
Subject distance 4.12 m
f 7.1

Oh man. I don't think she'd like to read what you thought she needed editing on! You're in deep poopoo! But, nice editing!

Just curious as to how much of what you did, could be done in Lightroom?
Thanks,
BT

Send her to the gym, this way you won't need to photoshop her everytime.
However very good editing.

Jeeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzzz - thanks - well, I didn't sleep well last night

Anyway, I hope my error doesn't take away the fact that Ice man's comment was in bad taste.

Icewater lol It was really just not a good picture that I thought would be fun to work with in Photoshop.
I forgot the name of the person who asked about Lightroom but I don't know I have never used lightroom does it have 'puppet warp' type tools?
Thanks for the replys.
